The study was done on children ages from six to 14 years old and grades 1-7. They measured students low back static endurance, hamstrings flexibility, standing balance and cardiovascular fitness before and after the school year. The results were an increase of 11% in low back static endurance. Another was an 8% increase in hamstrings flexibility. The last finding was a 69% increase in balance and 6-13% increase in cardiovascular fitness.
